Privacy

Your private record stays yours.

What we collect

We collect the account details you provide, such as your email address and profile information, plus the sessions, private notes, preferences, custom catalog items, and connection choices you choose to save. We also keep limited technical and billing information needed to operate the service and prevent abuse.

How your sessions work

Sessions are private by default. Your private reflections, check-ins, and aftercare notes are not visible to a connected partner. When you choose to share a session, only the fields you explicitly mark for sharing are available to that partner.

Linking with someone does not automatically expose either person’s history, notes, account details, or future sessions. You can remove or block a connection at any time.

How we use information

We use your information to operate Sensuality, show your own history and insights, deliver account and security messages, process subscriptions through Stripe, and improve the product. We do not use the content of your private sessions to build advertising profiles or make automated decisions about you.

Service providers

We use carefully selected providers to host the service, deliver email, and process payments. Stripe handles payment information; Sensuality does not store full card numbers. Providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to us.

Your choices and control

You can update your profile and preferences, export your account data, disconnect a partner, and permanently delete your account from Settings. Deletion removes your account and associated private data from the active service, subject to limited records we may need to keep for security, legal, or payment obligations.

Security and beta status

We use reasonable technical safeguards to protect the service, but no online system can promise absolute security. Sensuality is in private beta, so features and safeguards may evolve as we learn. Please use a unique password and only share session details you are comfortable retaining in your own private record.
